Depending on certain circumstances [awaiting stock or if orders are received over the weekend and Bank Holidays etc] domestic and International orders will be processed and shipped the day they are received.
By being this prompt on shipping/service we can compete with international northern hemisphere companies shipping/delivery times. It is not uncommon for Northern Hemisphere customers to receive their orders within five days, although the normal is around 10 days.
Canada can for some reason have unexplained and unacceptably long delays. But this is very occasional. So we ask for patience when ordering.
Nationally goods will have a delivery time of around or within five days.
Internationally goods delivery time will be around or within 10 days.
We also have a ‘no questions asked return policy’ should our product not fit your saddle, and that the saddle in question is listed on our website as fitting your brand/model saddle.
Of course we’ll ask the question ‘what brand and model seat do you have’ but only so we can act on designing a solution to remedy future returns like yours for this particular brand and model.

We encourage you to email reviews, comments and product questions. These are welcomed as this content as it’s taken onboard, and if reasonable, acted upon to make refinements to the product range.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered.
Privacy, Copyright and Disclaimer
We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. Your details are private and confidential.
Should the product be received dead on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via of our contact links, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. We also provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. This is flexible of course and depending circumstances. Designing for quality means designing for long life.
Cyckit Ltd, have a flexible returns policy and we will accept back product for refund or exchange if they don’t fit correctly or the items are faulty/damaged upon receiving.
You must contact us immediately if this is the case.
Your postage costs on returns are unfortunately not refundable unless you are returning an item in exchange for another item. Example; colour change, P1 for P2 or visa versa etc. Then you are not required to pay freight charges.

We suggest for your security concerns, your goods are to be shipped to Cyckit Ltd via a postage service that requires a Signature upon delivery as an option. It is important to retain a copy of your postage receipt until your refund or replacement product has been received.
On return, please avoid taping directly to the product and make sure the product is securely wrapped.
New Items – Exchange or Refund
Please contact us if you intend to make a return as there maybe a fitting problem etc that can be revised over the phone or a quick Skype session. Replacement items will be supplied Postage Free. We require replaced product to be returned within 30 days of being received. Product must be in ‘as new’ and undamaged condition. Goods must not be used or damaged in any way.
Cyckit Ltd will not accept returns if the customer has simply changed their mind.
Returns and refunds are only permitted when the product does not fit or perform as required.
If you have received an item different to what you ordered we will exchange for the original ordered item. The replacement product will be delivered Postage Free. - Goods must be returned within 30 days of being received. - Goods must not be used or damaged in any way.
Any product purchased from Cyckit Ltd is covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty duration is one year but Cyckit will, in some cases offer an extended warranty, particularly in any cases that report a failure of any description.
We realize the importance of rectifying any reoccurring problems that have not surfaced in product testing.
To produce a quality product is one of Cyckit’s absolute goals and we will stand by this.
Cyckit Ltd will not cover under warranty any damage caused by general use, accident, abuse or similar.
Please ensure any product to be returned is clean and free of any dirt/debris that may cause any environmental issues at border customs in New Zealand.
